Melbourne clients rejoiced when our Flinders Lane studio reopened late last year. To celebrate your return to class, we've written this list just for you!
Need that post-class pick me up before heading off to work in the morning? Or perhaps you need that caffeine kick before an evening sweat sesh? No matter when your coffee craving kicks in, there are a multitude of cafés around the Flinders Lane studio to stop by before or after class. So which ones are our favourites?
1. Eastside Coffee
Located on Exhibition Street, Eastside coffee is our choice for those on-the-go Barre lovers. Open from 7am, they're perfect to stop by after an early morning class, grab a delicious coffee and perhaps one of their signature toasties that'll make you melt 🤤
They have minimal seating, so are best for takeaway or just a small group of your BFF's (Barre Friends Forever 😘), but trust us when we say their food, drink and service is just as good whether dining in or jetting off!

2. Tom Thumb
Voted one ofthe best coffee joints in the area, there's a reason this place is usually seen with quite the crowd out front. Tom Thumb is a fast growing, community favourite coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere. Don't be fooled by its small exterior, there is seating available outside and upstairs in their comfy loft!
Just around the corner from the Aleenta studio, it's definitely one to get to after your 6am class, as come 9:30am there is often a rush of businessmen and women lining up for their favourite roast. For us though, we think its popularity is deserved and it's certainly a place coffee enthusiasts have to try at least once!

3. Café Kinetic
Now if you're more of a foodie Barre Boss, and love a good feed after class, Café Kinetic is the place for you. It's a bit more of a walk than the other two (only 2 minutes!), located just past Exhibition Street, but their large menu and top-notch coffee is seriously worth it. They have a scrumptious salad buffet for those on a time crunch, or a more extensive menu if you have time to sit back and relax, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to accommodate everyone.
There's plenty of seating indoors and outside for those warmer Summer days, so you can take a larger group of your Barre Babes along for brekkie or lunch. They're also open the latest out of our picks, so you can drop by before your afternoon class!
