I'm New To Aleenta. How do I Redeem?

Awesome. Let's get you started. Simply, head here to enter your RAA Member # and purchase your 7-day Intro Pass. This will provide you with 7 days of unlimited classes at any of our Aleenta studios. Please use the Promo Code provided by RAA in their Membership Discounts & Offers to obtain your 10% discount. You will need to use this code to obtain the discount off the Intro Pass. Once you have purchased this it will record your RAA Member # and all future purchases will automatically include the Discount.

How do I redeem if I'm already an Aleentee?

If you're an existing Aleentee, you can obtain the discount off your next full-price class purchase by entering your RAA Member # when you go to purchase on the Momence app or website. Please note you cannot enter your RAA Member # for purchase on the Aleenta App. Annoying we know! We're working on it!

Ahhh yes...the best laid plans can sometimes go astray. Please email us to hello@aleenta.club and we'll come back to you within 24hrs. If it's more urgent, call us and if we're busy and can't answer we'll get back to you ASAP. Please check that your member # is correct. The discount only works on the Intro Pass, 5 & 10-class Pass and our full price Membership Subscriptions.

Our first question is why? The Intro Pass gives you a week of unlimited classes at any of our Studios. It encourages you to try different classes and Teachers. Let's face it, there's different vibes for different tribes (yep, we're going all hippy on you). But in all seriousness, it's a great opportunity to see if we 'fit' as you may love one class and find another not so much. But if you're adament you want to do a class pack or subscription, that's okay too. Simply, purchase the pack or subscription you're wanting and enter your RAA Member # and it will automatically apply the 10% discount.

On occasion, there may be a lag between discontinuing your RAA Membership and it being removed from our system. If we find that you are no longer an RAA Member, but are still receiving a discounted rate, you will be charged the additional monies removing the discount. The discounts are ONLY available whilst you are a RAA Member.
