Preparing For Your Class

Your first time can be exciting, overwhelming and potentially a little intimidating. But rest assured, our team is here to support you on your journey.

Expect a welcoming environment from the moment you walk through our doors. There is no judgement here and we all have to start somewhere.

Here's your first visit checklist:

  • Bring some water, your grippy socks (or you can purchase in-Studio), a sweat towel and an open mind!
  • Aim to arrive 10 minutes before your first class.
  • Your Teacher or Studio Concierge will meet you and tour the Studio with you and let you know everything you need to know to get started.
  • We'll chat about your goals and what you're wanting to achieve, discuss any injuries or things we need to know to help you make the most of your time with us.
