How do I book my first Pilates class?
Step 1: Go to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Search for the Aleenta Health Club app and download.
Step 3: Set your home studio location as you set up your member profile and enter your payment method.
Step 4: Browse & book your classes!
Are bookings essential?
Yes, class bookings are essential. This is because we have capacity limits – for example, there are a certain number of reformers available per class. If you rock up to the studio without booking, the class might be full. Booking in advance ensures everyone’s expectations are on par regarding the fairness and access to our popular classes!
Do I have to download the Aleenta app to book?
Look, our app is the fastest booking method but you absolutely don’t have to go there if it’s not your jam. Jump on your phone, tablet or laptop to book classes via the Aleenta website or Momence website/app.
Our booking systems are all electronic.
If you need help to get started, are concerned your booking hasn’t worked, or think you’ve run into technical issues, reach out to our amazing support team (Renee, Ruby & Caitlin) hello@aleenta.club and they’ll set you on the right course.
Bookings, cancellations & waitlists
It’s essential that you:
-
Book into the classes you want to attend
-
Cancel your booking if you can no longer attend a class
-
Check your emails when you’re on the waitlist for a class that’s fully booked – if a place becomes available you’ll receive an SMS to say you’ve been auto-booked in. Please double check your class time if you’re in Adelaide, as the time displayed on the waitlist often defaults to AEST (Melbourne time).
Which class is right for me?
That depends on your level of physical fitness and ability, health conditions or concerns, your confidence in exercise, and a number of other factors! We have a range of class styles to suit most bodies & fitness levels, so whether you’re brand new or super experienced, you’ll find your fit here.
7 Day Teaser FREE consultation
When you sign up to a 7 Day Teaser, you get a free phone or email consult with our support team – Renee, Ruby & Caitlin – who will provide personalised advice on the best classes to get you moving based on your health, fitness levels and goals.
Just email support hello@aleenta.club to set up a chat.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, grippy socks (mandatory for all classes but especially important for Reformer Pilates) water bottle, and comfy activewear that you can bend, twist & move in. All mats and props, weights etc are provided. You are welcome to BYO mat if you prefer. Our studios are device-free zones so please leave your phone in a locker or in your bag, unless you’re on-call for work.
Do I wear sneakers?
Our yoga, Pilates and barre classes are socks only (unless you have a health condition that makes shoes a more comfy option), but you will need to wear sneakers when you come to Circuit & The b. Class. We provide wet wipes to clean your shoes prior to heading into the studio.
