Aleenta Flexi allows you to move when it suits you. We've curated classes on-demand for you to use our reformers at the studio when our regular classes aren’t running. It's designed to weave into your already packed calendar.
On Flexi, you’ll choose from a series of brilliantly-sequenced video workouts made by the teachers you know and love, to strengthen, mobilise and restore your body.
That means at Aleenta you have access to a combination of teacher-led classes and Flexi time at our Rundle St and Mawson Lakes studios.
Doors are open:
6am to 8pm Mon–Fri, and
7am to 5pm Sat &Sun.
There are regular classes in these times so book in for Flexi via our "Appointments" calendar on the app!
Flexi will initially launch at Mawson Lakes and Rundle St (Adelaide CBD) – for now.
We’ll keep you posted about expansion of Flexi to other studios! Watch this space.
Your Flexi membership or Pass gives you access to both locations!
If you purchase the Ultimate Club Subscription you'll also be able to do as many Pilates, barre and yoga classes as you can fit into your week, at all of our five studios and on livestream!
We love to support prenatal and postnatal clients to feel strong and healthy throughout this amazing season of life!
Our Flexi Intake Form will ask about your current health situation.
You'll need to keep us in the loop should your physical circumstances change - eg you become pregnant while on a Flexi membership.
Prenatal movement
If you’re pregnant and have medical clearance, you can access Flexi in your 1st trimester only.
We have a duty of care to ensure you are well-supported as you learn to accommodate your shifting centre of gravity and other physical changes from the 2nd trimester onwards.
You can still access Aleenta studio classes in-person throughout your whole pregnancy where a teacher is leading you through the exercises and can provide modifications for your stage of pregnancy and energy levels.
So to be clear, Flexi is not available for your 2nd and 3rd trimesters at this stage.
Postnatal movement
Once you have medical clearance from your trusted healthcare provider you are welcome to join Flexi.

Yes! Always. A warm and welcoming studio Concierge will be present in the studio when Flexi times are open, to help you set up, find your technique and provide any other support you need.
Our Concierges are qualified Pilates professionals, friendly (and non-judgy!), totally committed to giving you the tools to become more independent as you learn the Flexi ropes.
You’ll feel supported to move with confidence as you increase your body awareness, get to know your props (magic circle, Pilates ball, hand weights) and explore how to make the different combinations of reformer spring weights work for your goals.
Just give our team a heads-up if/when you need a hand when you walk in that door!
Once you get membership with access to Flexi sorted you can book at Mawson Lakes or Rundle St for up to 60 minutes at a time.
Here's how:
- Download the Aleenta app (if you don't already have it!): it's the easiest way to book. Head here for Apple or here for Android to download and log-in using your login details.
- Click Appointments: You'll find this at the top of your screen
- Select Flexi On-Demand
- Choose your Studio: either Mawson Lakes or Rundle St
- Pick Your Time: Select Adelaide and the day and time that suits you.
- Book It! Hit that book button and voila! You’re all set to flex those muscles.

Please give yourself a time buffer to allow for a relaxed set-up and a few minutes to pack-down/sanitise post-class.
The longest Flexi class is 45 mins so a 60 minute booking gives you plenty of time either side.
You can also book for less time in 15 minute increments if you're doing a shorter burn-and-run style workout.
Each booking counts as one class no matter the timeframe.
Get Flexi in your life:
- Ultimate Subscription – the gold standard membership with unlimited access to classes and studios (and sweet perks), this option is great if you plan to come to regular in-person classes at the studio and want the option to hit up Flexi. - Flexi Membership – a no lock-in, rolling weekly direct debit for for flexi only access. $45/week.
- Upgrade for Ultimate Legacy – for an extra $10/week Legacy members can access unlimited Flexi

Before your first visit we'll send you an Intake Form to fill out so we're across your history, motivation & goals.
We also provide you with a pre-class 15 minute orientation to get you up to speed.
Our Concierge will be here ready to greet and guide you, answer your questions, set you up with the right Course if you need a supported starting point and just have a general chat because that’s how we roll!
We won’t throw you in the deep end!
Once you register to use Flexi your very first class is a 45 minute orientation.
For everyone.
This ensures we have a mutual understanding of the expectations on how to use a reformer in line with your level of experience and ability.
After your initial class, you’re free to explore the library.
Please remember that building strength is not a linear process – you will experience peaks and troughs in your energy levels!
Always listen to your body and modify exercises to prevent fatigue and injury if you need to no matter how long you've been doing Reformer.
There are 2 different orientation videos:
Beginner: familiarise yourself with the reformer machine and its components. We introduce foundational exercises and provide extra teaching and safety tips. You’ll learn about the springs and how to use the equipment.
Intermediate/advanced: if you already know your way around the Reformer, you’ll focus on safety practices and your physical technique/alignment for maximum gains.
Flexi can be booked for up to 60 minutes at a time, in 15-minute increments. For example you can book at 2.45pm or 3pm (assuming there are spaces available)
A 60-minute booking for a 45 minute workout gives you sweet buffer time to chat, grab a tea and set up beforehand; then you can take your time to cool down and wipe over your carriage and props when you’re done.
When you arrive you'll:
- check in with your Flexi Concierge, who will help you get started and answer your questions, or just have a general chat because that’s how we do.
- set up your reformer and equipment.
- select the video or program you want, and get strong on that you-time!
If you booked for 2pm, then please arrive ready to get started at 2pm!
We have two lengths of videos:
- 45 minutes for the balanced full-body experience.
- We also have a series of 25 minute Express classes for those times when you have a window to dash out a quick abs & arms before school pick-up!

We highly recommend our Flexi 4-Week Courses, which come in three flavours:
- Complete beginner
- Early confidence-intermediate, and
- Intermediate-advanced levels.
Designed to be both accessible and challenging, each program has 3 classes per week, balancing strength and endurance styles of movement with a juicy myofascial stretch to release tight tissues.
No decision-making necessary (you had me at no decisions 😉)!
You can change things up whenever you like, but just sayin’, sometimes it’s nice to know exactly what you’re doing, trusting in an intelligently-sequenced program to help build strength across your body before you expand into the rest of the library.
We allow 5 people to use Flexi in the reformer studio at any one time. Our on-duty teacher may be providing support to multiple people who are all doing different video workouts, so we cap the number to give you the best experience and service.
The same as in-studio as you have booked a space that someone else may have wanted! If you have a casual pass you will lose your pass, if you have a flexi or Ultimate Membership – there may be a $5 late-cancel or no-show fee. See your Membership Terms & Conditions for how this works.
If you cancel prior to the 4 hours before your booking is due to start, there is no penalty, as we highly appreciate your courtesy in freeing up space for someone else to book.
Yes absolutely, but we can't guarantee you a spot if it's already fully booked. So to save disappointment, please book in advance! But, hey, if you find yourself with time in the day, check the schedule and if there's a space available, book and get yourself into the Studio!
Flexi offers:
- Beginner Series - 6-classes led by our master teacher trainer Alicia Min Harvie
- Bodyformer - signature Aleenta classes that are starter-friendly
- Bodyformer Plus+ -intermediate/advanced
You’ll be able to choose full-body workouts, or classes that are heavier on the arms, legs or core; we have classes centred on traditional Pilates (the original Joseph Pilates Contrology principles), as well as endurance, strength and cardio.
Remember: the best class is the one that makes you feel amazing!
For safety reasons, we don't allow non-Aleenta Flexi programs to be used. Every class has been designed and delivered with your safety as the paramount consideration.
Nope! You choose the Reformer workout video you want through an online portal on the tablet, pop in your earbuds and away you go.
It’s like a silent disco where everyone has different beats.
Well done! Please secure all the springs on your Reformer and ensure your footbar is in a high-diagonal position. Stack your hand weights, Pilates ball and magic circle on (or inside) the box at the back of the reformer.
You’ll find sanitiser wipes in a metal canister in the studio – please wipe down your equipment, including the reformer’s straps, headrest and footbar, and any weights or other equipment you used, to ensure it’s clean for the next person.
