Aleenta BARRE Terms & Conditions

Membership Details
So you've started a BARRE membership, committing to a rolling contract involving weekly payments debited from either your credit card or bank account (If you would like to direct debit from your bank account email hello@aleentabarre.com to arrange with our team) each week in exchange for classes at Aleenta BARRE. 

To allow for individual needs we do not have a standard 'week' - Memberships start on the day that you sign up and your payment week will be that day EVERY week. This will mean that your payment cycle is weekly from that day. For example, if you sign up on a Wednesday, you will have a direct debit each week on a Wednesday. (7 day weeks e.g. Wed - Tues)

Memberships are valid at any Aleenta BARRE studio within the state which you have purchased.

Missed classes do not accrue from week to week. Any missed classes or classes that have been unused during your billing cycle cannot be refunded.

Upgrade / Downgrade my Membership
To upgrade or downgrade a membership:

1) Log in to Mindbody Online > Click on Account > Your Membership will display > Click Terminate. 

2) Purchase new desired Membership online.

Excludes the 6 Month Lock in Unlimited Membership for the first 6 months of the membership.

Contract Termination
You may terminate any 2,3 or Unlimited weekly membership at any time. Log in to Mindbody Online > Click on Account > Your Membership will display > Click Terminate. Please note that you will be unable to undo any terminations.

Due to the upfront payment and heavily discounted pricing of the 6 Month Locked in Unlimited Membership, you will be unable to terminate your membership.

Membership Suspensions
You are able to suspend ANY membership in weekly blocks as often as you need. Suspensions must align with your direct debit day of the week. You may set the start day of your contract (i.e to align with payday). Please send an email to hello@aleentabarre.com with your Full Name, Home Studio and dates of required suspension. We will confirm with you when your Suspension has been actioned. Please provide 7 days notice for a Suspension.

Auto Payments
It is your responsibility to ensure your direct debit payment is successful each week. All credit card and direct debit payments will incur a 1.6% surcharge on any transaction.

Class Passes
10 class pass (or any pass offers/specials): Expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

7 Day Unlimited Intro Offer: Is available 7 Days from the date of purchase and is only available to new students to Aleenta BARRE. First class must be booked within this time - once a class has been booked the pass will expire 7 Days from 'booked date'. Pass activates as of 'booked date' eg. if you book your first class on Saturday and then try to book into the Friday prior, you won't be able to make a booking as per your pass activation date. Please email hello@aleentabarre.com to request a change of activation date.

Refund Policy
Bookings that result in a late cancellation or no shows will forfeit the class. If you do not book in and class is full, there is no guarantee that you will be able to participate in that class.

Any missed classes or classes that have been unused during your billing cycle cannot be refunded.

As Memberships are paid in advance please ensure that you allow enough notice for termination, no refunds can be awarded once a transaction has been made if you fail to give Aleenta BARRE adequate notice. Please email hello@aleentabarre.com with any requests or issues in regards to refunds. 

Class Cancellations
Our class cancellation policy is 3 hours before class commencement. It is important this notice is respected to allow us to best manage our class schedule and avoid forfeiting the class.

Unlimited Members are charged $12 for late Cancelling and/or not turning up to class. This payment will occur within first 24hours of the missed class.

General Terms
Aleenta BARRE reserves the right to change and cancel teachers, events, classes, workshops without prior notice, and may introduce fees for late cancels or no-shows at any time by providing 7 days' notice via email.

A minimum of 2 people is required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email should a class be cancelled. Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. 

If you have not booked into a class, in order to avoid disappointment, please check online or via the Aleenta Barre app that the classes are taking place, particularly in the early morning and late evening.

Bookings are made online or via the Aleenta Barre app. Payment must be made upon booking. To book a class, you must have pre-purchased sessions on your account.
