These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using Aleenta Health Club services, including membership subscriptions, class passes, casual classes, workshops, and events. By purchasing or participating in any Aleenta offering, you agree to these Terms.
1. GENERAL TERMS
- Changes to Classes and Teachers: Aleenta may change class times, formats, teachers, or events at any time without prior notice.
- Minimum Numbers: Classes require a minimum number of attendees. If you are the only participant, the class may be cancelled. You will be notified via text, email, or phone. If you’re a Subscription Member, we wil offer for you to do a 1:1 (lucky you!) or re-schedule.
- Bookings: All bookings must be made through the Aleenta app or website, with full payment at the time of booking.
- Availability: Class places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Schedule: Members are responsible for checking the Aleenta app or website for the most up-to-date schedule.
- Communications: To receive class updates, reminders, and notifications, ensure you have opted in to communications in your profile settings.
Grippy Socks: For hygiene and safety, grippy socks are required in all studio classes.
2. CLASS PASSES
- Expiry:
- Full-price 5 and 10 Class Passes are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Flexi On-Demand and 60KW Casual Passes are valid for 30 days.
Discounted or sale passes expire strictly 6 months from purchase. - Extensions: Extensions may be requested prior to expiry, at a cost of $10 per week, up to a maximum of 6 weeks. A doctor’s certificate may be required for medical extensions.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: All passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.
3. MEMBERSHIPS (WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTIONS)
- Payment Terms: Memberships are billed weekly on the same day each week, starting from the date of sign-up. Payments are made by direct debit or credit card.
- Class Rollovers: For 1, 2, or 3-class-per-week memberships, unused classes may roll over for 14 days. Late cancellations or no-shows do not roll over and are forfeited.
- Unlimited Memberships: Unlimited memberships provide unrestricted access to classes, Flexi On-Demand, and specified member benefits (discounts, friend passes, and workshop discounts). Legacy members may have variations to inclusions.
- Flexi On-Demand Memberships: Provide access to reformer machines during set times at specified studios, with curated on-demand content.
4. REFER & EARN PROGRAM
- Members may refer new clients via the Aleenta app.
- Referred friends must be new to Aleenta to be eligible.
- The referred friend will receive a single casual class credit, valid for 14 days (no extensions, no transfers).
- The referring member will receive a $50 discount once the friend has joined a 3-month membership subscription and spent at least $90. Rewards are processed automatically and may take time to appear.
5. SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Upgrades/Downgrades: Subscription Members may request an upgrade or downgrade via the Membership Change Form, available on the Aleenta website. Seven (7) days’ notice is required, and changes must align with the membership renewal date. One (1) free change is permitted per 3-month contract.
- Freezes: Memberships may be frozen for 1–6 weeks in weekly blocks, aligned with the billing cycle. Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance using the Freeze Form found on the footer of the aleenta website - www.aleenta.club . Bookings made during a freeze remain the member’s responsibility to cancel.
- Cancellations:
- Weekly Memberships: Can be cancelled at any time with 72 hours’ written notice via the Termination Form.
- 3-Month Commitment Memberships: May be cancelled after the minimum 13-week term with 72 hours’ notice.
- Early Exit: Cancelling before the 13-week term ends incurs a fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the system will retry three (3) times. If unsuccessful, the membership will be cancelled and all future bookings removed.
6. CLASS CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
- Early Cancellation: Cancel at least 4 hours before class to retain your credit (for class passes) or avoid late fees (for unlimited memberships).
- Late Cancellation:
- Unlimited memberships: $5 late cancellation fee applies.
- Class passes: Class is forfeited.
- No-Shows:
- Unlimited memberships: $5 no-show fee charged 24 hours after the missed class.
- Class passes: Class is forfeited.
7. INTRODUCTORY OFFER (7-DAY TEASER)
- Available for first-time Aleenta clients only.
- Valid for 7 consecutive days from the date of first booking (including if the first booking is cancelled).
- Includes up to 5 classes.
- One (1) free late cancellation and one (1) free no-show permitted. Further late cancels or no-shows may incur fees.
8. FEES
- Payment Processing Fees:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 2.75% + $0.30 per transaction.
- Direct Debit: 2% + $0.30 per transaction.
- Other Fees:
- Membership freeze: No fee.
Membership change: First change free within a 3-month contract; subsequent changes may incur a fee. - Pass extension: $10 per week.
9. STUDENT DISCOUNT
- Secondary and Tertiary students with a valid, current ID are eligible for 20% off Membership Subscriptions.
Discounts do not apply to class passes, casual classes, or sale items. - Students must complete the online form and provide valid ID to apply.
10. LIABILITY AND SAFETY
- All pre and post-natal clients must complete an intake form prior to participating in classes.
- Participation is at your own risk. Aleenta is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law.
Members must follow staff instructions and use equipment safely. - Aleenta reserves the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk.
11. AMENDMENTS
Aleenta reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Aleenta website and apply immediately to all purchases and participation.

Welcome to your in-building escape from emails and elevator small talk. These policies are here to keep our space safe, welcoming, and running smoothly - so you can stretch, move, breathe, and reset without a hitch.
1. Who Can Attend
- 60KW Wellness Studio classes are exclusively for 60KW tenants and employees. Please do not share booking links with anyone outside the building.
2. Booking Classes
- All bookings are made via our private booking link here.
- Spaces are limited, so book early to lock in your spot.
- Please double-check your booking before confirming - we’re good, but we’re not mind readers.
- Class Cancellation - if there are only two people in the class we will confirm your attendance. If only 1, we will ask to move you to another class. Hopefully, we will be fully booked and this is not necessary!
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Can’t make it? Please cancel at least 4 hours before class so someone else can enjoy your spot.
- Late cancellations and no-shows means you forfeit that class from your pack/membership.
- Chronic no-showers… we see you. Get to class! Or leave it till you know you can be there!
4. Subscription & Class Pass Terms
- Pay-per-class or class pack holders: Passes are valid for the set expiry period listed at purchase. Unused classes expire and are non-refundable.
- All prices include GST.
5. Health & Safety
- Grip socks are recommended for hygiene and safety.
- Please let your Teacher know before class if you have any injuries, health conditions, or are pregnant.
- Our Teachers will offer modifications, but you’re also responsible for working within your own limits.
- If you feel dizzy, unwell, or like you’ve pulled something you didn’t even know you had - stop and let us know immediately.
6. Behaviour in the Studio
- Please be the earlybird! Late arrivals disrupt the class and may not be admitted.
- Phones on silent please. If you’re waiting for an urgent call, please step outside.
- Treat the space, equipment, Teachers, and fellow members with respect.
- Wipe down your mat and any equipment you use after class.
- Please stay for the full class. Our rest & restore at the end of class is magic. Give yourself that time.
7. Refunds & Transfers
- We don’t offer refunds for missed classes, expired passes, or change-of-mind cancellations.
8. Studio Closures
- We may need to cancel or reschedule classes due to teacher illness, public holidays, or building closures. We’ll always do our best to give you notice and offer alternatives.
9. Liability Waiver
By attending classes, you acknowledge:
- You participate at your own risk.
- The 60KW Wellness Studio, Aleenta Health Club, and building management are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where required by law.
- You agree to sign the Waiver prior to your first class.
10. Updates to Policies
- These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our booking page.

No timetables, no rushing, no guilt. Just you, our beautiful Reformers (at Rundle St or Mawson Lakes), and on-demand workouts from the Aleenta teachers you already love.
Think of it like this: you walk in, hit play, and you’ve got a personal class waiting for you - sequenced to strengthen, mobilise and restore. Some days you’ll want a quick class, other weeks you’ll follow a whole program. It’s your body, your mood, your move.
1. Who Can Attend
Aleenta Health Club members with:
- Flexi Subscription and Passes
- Unlimited Membership Subscription holders
- Unlimited Legacy Members with the “Flexi Top Up” option.
2. Booking Classes: How do I book a Flexi session?
- Download the Aleenta App
- Tap "Appointments"
- Choose "Flexi On-Demand"
- Pick your studio, date and time
- Hit Book!
📱 Book in 15-minute increments for up to 60 minutes.
💡 A 60-minute booking gives time to warm up, cool down, and sanitise.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Can’t make it? Please cancel a minimum of 1 hour before your booked time.
- Cancellations with less than 1hr (called Late Cancellations), or simply not showing up, means you forfeit that class from your pack/membership. Or you may be charged a $5 Late Cancellation Fee if you are a Subscription holder.
4. Subscription & Class Pass Terms
- Flexi Casual Pass or Flexi 10 Class Pass holders: Passes are valid for the set expiry period listed at purchase. Unused classes expire and are non-refundable. Flexi class passes cannot be used to book for Studio classes. Should you wish to extend your Flexi pass expiry, it is a $10 per week fee, for a max of 6 week extension. Late Cancellations (<1hr prior to appointment time) and No Shows forfeit the credit.
- All prices include GST.
- Weekly Flexi subscriptions are a weekly direct debit that provides unlimited Flexi bookings per week. This membership cannot be used to book Studio classes. You receive 1x free No Show and 1x free Late Cancellation per month, all other Late Cancellations and No Shows will be charged at $5. If you wish to cancel your Flexi Weekly Subscription, you must complete the Termination form on the footer of the Aleenta website, providing 72 hours notice and alignment with your payment day. You can Freeze your membership for up to 6 weeks ny simply completing the Freeze form on the footer of the Aleenta website, again providing 72 hours notice, and alignment with your payment day. You will receive a confirmation email from our Team when this has been actioned.
5. Health & Safety
- Please complete the Flexi Intake Form prior to your first class. After 20 sessions, you will be prompted to complete the form again in case anything has changed that we need to know about.
- Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. You van BYO or purchase in Studio.
- Please let your Flexi Concierge know before class if you have any injuries, health conditions, or are pregnant.
6. Flexi Studio Etiquette
- Please arrive on time for your Flexi session, if you cannot make it, please cancel 1 hour before your booking to avoid late fees. If within the hour you realise you cannot make it, please send us a message via the app or email hello@aleenta.club.
- Phones on silent please. If you need to take a call, please step out of the Studio space to take it so you don’t disrupt any other clients.
- Please treat the space, equipment, Concierge, and fellow members with respect.
- Pop all your springs back on when you’re finished and wipe down your Reformer and return all equipment you use after your session to their original location.
7. Refunds & Transfers
- We don’t offer refunds for missed classes, expired passes, or change-of-mind cancellations.
8. Flexi Closures
- From time to time,the Flexi Schedule may change. Please check the app for current available time slots.

1. Eligibility:
- Referrals are available to current Aleenta members only.
- The referred friend must be a new client (not a current or past Aleenta member).
2. Referral Process:
- Referrals must be made using the unique referral link available in the Aleenta App.
- Manual referrals outside of the App are not eligible.
3. Friend’s Reward:
- The referred friend will receive one (1) complimentary casual class credit to attend a class with the referring member.
- The class credit must be used within fourteen (14) days of issue.
- No extensions, transfers, or cash alternatives are permitted.
4. Member’s Reward:
- The referring member will receive a $50 automated discount applied to their membership, subject to:
- the referred friend purchasing a minimum three-month membership subscription; and
- the referred friend spending a minimum of $90 with Aleenta.
5. Processing:
- Referral rewards are processed automatically within the system.
- Members acknowledge there may be a short delay for the discount to appear.

- Aleenta reserves the right to vary, amend, or withdraw the Refer & Earn program at any time without notice.
