We are super excited to announce Aleenta has teamed up with certified health coach, Bianca Chaptini, to offer our first challenge for the new year: Reset. Renew 2020.
Freshly back from London where she worked with women to overcome health challenges and take control of their health, Bianca will be helping us all start the new year right with our 14-day challenge starting Monday 16 January. As a certified health coach, B knows her thing when it comes to healthy living – she lives and breathes wellness. Who better, we thought, to help us reset from the frivolous festive indulgences!
About Reset Renew 2020
Our first challenge for 2020 will help you get back on the health bandwagon after what is undoubtedly the most indulgent time of year for most (even Bianca admits to indulging her sweet tooth during the silly season). Bianca will guide us through an effective and powerful elimination protocol (or ‘cleanse’ if you like) that temporarily removes inflammatory foods (basically all the stuff that inflames and irritates our gut lining) for the two-weeks.
This isn’t about deprivation though, lovelies. You know that we’re big on balance here at Aleenta and we will never advocate for strict and unsustainable yo-yo dieting. Rather the focus is on healthy swaps and once you see the meal planner and recipes that B’s put together for us, you will be so excited to get cooking healthy and delicious meals that leave you feel energised, clear and downright good. It’s time to say goodbye to the bloat, red eyes and skin flare ups.
