Choc Bomb Protein Balls

 

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 0 MINUTES

SERVES: 10

 

Y o u  w i l l  n e e d:

1 cup ground raw walnuts or raw almonds

1 cup rice malt or stevia to taste

⅓ cup cacao

⅓ cup ground chia seeds

⅓ cup ground pepitas

⅓ cup desiccated natural or organic coconut

1 tsp coconut oil

Water as needed

10 tbls vanilla vegan rice protein powder (optional)

 

L e t s  m a k e  i t:

1. Place ingredients in a food processor or if already ground ingredients place in a bowl and combine small parts of water until the mixture sticks together.

2. Roll the mixture between your hands to form a ball and coat them with extra shredded/desiccated coconut if desired (optional).

3. Place balls in a container and put in the fridge or freezer to set. Can stay frozen.
