Ahead of the re-opening, we have new processes in place to ensure the wellness of you and our team. We want you to feel safe and healthy in the Aleenta space :)
Having said that, this is just a start. As we listen and learn, we will fine-tune and update to ensure Aleenta continues to be the sanctuary you need during this time.

Your safety is our utmost priority so we have made some changes to how we operate during these times. Here is what you can expect:
We need to minimise the time and number of people in reception. So whilst we love a chat, we’d appreciate during this time, if you arrive 5 mins before class and after checking in with the Tender, head straight into the Studio. If you are early, please consider waiting until coming into the Studio. Each Studio will have a poster advising how many people are allowed in reception at any one time.
What to bring to Class...
1. Please arrive changed and ready to start. During this time communal change areas will be unavailable as per the Government directive.
2. Please only bring necessities to the Studio.
3. We are required to get you to bring your own mat, towel, grippy socks & water bottle. (If you forget, we'll have some for purchase in-Studio 👍🏻).
If you wish to wear a mask and gloves during class - go for it! We will also be providing masks and gloves to our team and allowing them to choose to use if they wish.
A maximum of 10 people is allowed in each class with 1.5m safe distance between each person.
We will have hand-sanitiser available at the entrance to each Studio and wipes for you to disinfect before & after class.
Before and after every-class we’ll disinfect doorknobs, handles, barres, light switches, toilets, benches and anything else in-studio. And we ask that you during these times you minimise your footprint in-studio.
We will also be asking you to wipe your barre, mat and anything else you can think of before and after class.
Aleenta is a cashless venue. When purchasing items, we can use your credit/debit card on file or you can provide in-person where it is securely stored in our POS system.
> Barre/Mat Pilates
We love using equipment, but during this time we will mainly utilise our own bodyweight during class. We won’t use therabands, straps, or Pilates balls in our routines. 1kg weights will be used and wiped-down pre & post-class.
For FIT we will be using bodyweight exercises and you will stay on your own mat.
Should there be community outbreaks, we may institute health checks including temperature checks as you enter the Studio.
You know we love a good tactile technique cue to help you understand how to more effectively perform an exercise. However, for the time being, we are removing touch and replacing with verbal-visual imagery for you :)
We’ve put a lot of changes in place and for us all to stay safe, we all need to make sure we do our part.
With class size restrictions, we’ll be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy. Please remember if you can't attend, cancel 3 hours before the class. If you do not you will forfeit the class. Unlimited Members will be charged a $12 cancellation fee. Please be respectful and considerate and adhere to these timeframes.
Likewise, we will cancel a class if it has 3 or less people in it during this COVID-19 period and at least 3hrs prior to class (unless we receive a number of last-minute cancellations).
Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces.
If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free and fever-free for five days.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.
If you feel unwell, please stay home and stay safe.
We know this is a time where you can feel overwhelmed. We do too. But we know as soon as you get to class, the tunes start and you're pulsing away, it will feel like home again and you can spend this time just focussing on you.
We can't wait to welcome you back. And we'll continue to monitor the situation and change as needs be. With no way to predict what will happen moving forward, the best way we can prepare is to respond and evolve as the situation develops—with nothing but your safety in mind.
Whether you plan to join us in the studio, or feel more comfortable staying home, we’re here for you. If you have questions or concerns, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1800 672 606 and we're happy to chat more.
