Choreographed by pocket rocket and bodacious babe Abbey Dawson, Aleenta Health Club brings you our latest limited series:
This is a fast paced, move to the beat workout possessed by the spirit of an 80s Jane Fonda. You'll be pulsing, gyrating and grooving for 50 minutes to iconic tunes of the frizziest, glowiest decade!
Woven throughout are all of your favourite, traditional barre moves to add the Aleenta twist. Believe us (and our calves) when we say you'll get that same familiar burn you love from barre; even with all the stepping and grapevine-ing in between.
We encourage high socks, high hair and high rise leotards. But as long as you come prepared with your cutest sneakers and activewear you'll be more than ready to go your hardest for this blended step and barre class.
A very limited series with limited spaces, we'll be holding only 4 sessions - one each Saturday of August.
Held across each of our three barre studios in South Australia, Glenelg, Mawson Lakes and Magill Rd, our final session location will be released closer to the date.
As spaces are dependant on studio capacity so we really mean limited.
We recommend that you book in ASAP to secure your spot.
