This class is designed to push you further with your Pilates. If you are looking for that extra challenge to up your Pilates game, if you want to test yourself and get stronger or moving up from an intermediate level.

Alicia will guide you and push you to work harder and smarter. Focusing on great form and technique to maximise your workout. Recommended for an intermediate to advanced level, you will need to have a base level of the Pilates fundamentals to take this class.
