Abbey has been a dancer her entire life. At 15 she moved to the US to join the San Francisco Ballet School, and then returned home to Australia to join the Queensland Ballet as a trainee.
Since her ballet career ended, she has been dancing commercially at festivals, events and cruise ships as well as freelance teaching to children. Abbey loves how fitness makes her feel. It doesn’t matter if she's in the worst mood, she always feels so much better and accomplished after a workout. It’s also the best way to destress! It not only good for the body, but for the mind as well.
Abbey wants you to come into her class forgetting about the outside world and simply enjoying a fun and satisfying workout. She loves motivating people and helping them push themselves to reach their goals.
