We will be using zoom to bring our classes to you! Zoom is easy to use and download, it's also free! We'd recommend having this ready to go before your first class.


How Do I Book And Pay For A Class?

You have two options - you can either book and pay for a virtual class here on our website or download our app and book a class via the app. When you go to book, simply choose which Virtual Pass you want to purchase.

How do I join the virtual class?

When you book a Virtual class, we’ll send you a link via email giving you access to your booked class. You’ll join the class using Zoom via your phone, tablet or computer. We recommend a laptop as generally you will be able to see the Instructor more clearly on the bigger screen.

Some tips to ensure you receive your link:

  • when you set-up your account, please ensure you tick the boxes to give us permission to send you emails and SMS.
  • add to your address box to make sure we land in your inbox.
  • If you do not have the link 15 minutes prior to the class commencement, please check your spam folder and if not there, then send an email to letting us know and we’ll be in contact ASAP.

What Do I Do If I Need To Cancel?

You will need to cancel 6 hours prior to avoid forfeiting the class. ​You can cancel your class the same way as you booked in.

What livestream classes do you offer?

You can enjoy a range of classes from low-impact strengthening workouts to high intensity cardio workouts. See the Timetable for class descriptions and further details.

Do I Have to Be Able To Dance To Do Barre?

NO! We use a barre (or you may use a kitchen bench at home!) - but that’s as far as dancing goes. Barre is a low-impact fitness class, meaning there is a low level of stress and safer on your joints.
Absolutely NO dance experience is required.

What audio-visual equipment do I need to do an online class?

You will need a computer, tablet or phone with good, consistent internet access.

What equipment do I need for the workout?

You don’t need any equipment at all. The workouts are all amazing simply using your own bodyweight. However, if you want to intensify your workout, add some light weights or Bala Bangles, a Resistance Band or Pilates ball. If you want to intensify your workout, grab your home workout pack here!

Do I need to have my camera on during the class?

This is completely up to you. We love seeing your smiling face on camera, but also understand if you want some privacy. As long as you're happy, we’re happy!

Are there set breaks? what if it's too hard?

Take breaks, shake it out, have a drink, shake it out again then jump back into the routine. The more classes you do the more you'll be able to do! The key is to put in your version of 100% - so if you're completely new to exercise go at the level YOU need. This is your class. And yes we will know when you stop at home! Just kidding. Take it at your pace. Challenge yourself.
