11. The Change is as Good as a Holiday Challenge (referred to as "the Challenge") is organised by Aleenta Health Club. 2. Participation in the Challenge is open to those 18 years or older. Employees of Aleenta Health Club are not eligible to participate. 3. The Challenge begins 30 October 2023 and ends 19 November 2023. Participants must complete the Challenge within this timeframe to be eligible for rewards. 4. To participate in the Challenge, individuals must sign up via the designated registration form or platform provided by Aleenta. Sign-up to participate in the Challenge is Free for Ultimate Studio Members and $10 for everyone else. The cost of classes is additional to this sign-up fee. 5. Clients new to Aleenta can participate in the Challenge by purchasing the 3 Weeks Unlimited Challenge Intro Pass for $129. This Pass is only valid for clients new to Aleenta and provides unlimited classes from 30 October until 19 November 2023. 6. Participants are required to comply with all rules, guidelines, and instructions regarding the Challenge. 7. Participants must track their class completion on their Challenge tracker card. Client tracker cards will be displayed in the Home Studio. Should you complete a Class at another Studio, please advise the Instructor at your home studio and they will add this class to your Challenge Card in your home studio. 8. Participants who successfully attend 10 classes, 15 classes and 20 classes within the three weeks will be eligible for Rewards. The Rewards for 10 classes is an endota power serum sheet mask (RRP$15), 15 classes is an Aleenta cap (RRP$19) and 20 classes is an Aleenta Travel pack (RRP$39). There are 200 of each of the rewards available and these will be distributed on a first serve, first completed basis. Should more than 200 people complete 10, 15 or 20 classes, alternative rewards to the same or similar value may be offered. 9. All participants who successfully complete 20 classes and attend a minimum of 3 different class styles will go into the random prize draw to win 1 of 3 Luxury Escapes holiday accommodation vouchers for 3 nights accommodation to the QT Gold Coast, The Calilie Hotel or The Interconentinal Sorrento. This prize does not include flights or travel and the winners will be respoinsible for their own travel to the accommodation location. 10. The winners will be announced on our Instagram Stories and in the Aleenta App on Tuesday 21 November. 11. The Rewards are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 12. Aleenta reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour during the Challenge. 13. Aleenta will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the participation in the Challenge. 14. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their physical fitness and consulting with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activities related to the Challenge. 15. Aleenta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice, for any reason. 16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Challenge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia. 17. By participating in the Change is as Good as a Holiday Challenge, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
