So, what’s all the buzz? What is Barre and what is it going to get you? Barre are fitness classes; depending on your goals Aleenta BARRE are here to help! The most common goals I see from new clients entering the studio is tone, strengthening, lose five kilos and strengthen arms, abs and legs. Sound familiar? Barre classes provide an environment for everyone. Whether you are a beginner or fitness junky, we have a class suitable for you. Our barre classes are tailored to the individual. Each exercise can be modified or made harder, depending on how much you want to work that day.
Our beautiful boutique studios provide a wellness experience where you are supported and guided through our routine class. Our Tenders provide a personalised experience and ensure you are properly protected through each posture, sequence and exercise. The classes are also varied depending on your goals. What makes barre (at Aleenta) so effective?
-
Workouts change every four weeks, so muscle memory doesn't kick in
-
Target specific muscles from head to toe
-
Use isometric movements (small, quick movements) to target slow twitch fibres causing an increase in muscle endurance
-
Classes are written by a fitness professional, dancer and exercise physiologist
