Tender Spotlight: Amanda

Amanda joined us with the launch of our Reformer classes at Mawson Lakes in 2020. She boasts a wealth of Pilates qualifications including:

✅ Certification in Pilates Training
✅ Certification in Remedial Exercise
✅ Certificate IV in Pilates Therapy Instruction
✅ Diploma in Pilates Therapy Instruction

Amanda's favourite things about fitness are the challenge, focus and discipline, as well as that feel-good feeling that comes from every new achievement. She also loves the social aspect of group classes, and that rush of post-workout endorphins. Her classes focus on attention to detail and being present, whilst also being fun and challenging!

A fun fact about Amanda: she studied Fashion Design for 2 years when she left school, making everything to do with weddings for brides, bridesmaids and grooms, made to measure, alterations, soft furnishings to greyhound jackets.

You can join Amanda on Monday evenings at our Mawson Lakes studio to get your Reformer Pilates fix 💪
