Yes! There is loads of street parking down Waterloo Rd. Varying time limits apply from 1, 2 or 3 hours parking closer to Augusta St.

Make sure you've got a pair of Grippy Socks (which you can buy in studio), water bottle and if you're a bit of a sweaty Betty you might want to bring along a towel.

There are also lockers on site for you to store your belongings.

If you want to have a look around and a chat to one of our fabuous Teachers, we recommend checking the Glenelg timetable and coming to the studio 10 minutes prior to class. Please know that the Teacher wont have a huge amount of time before class but can give you a tour and answer any concerns you have.

For sure! Our classes are designed to be inclusive of all fitness levels, with the Teacher offering options and modifications during the class. We suggest starting with a Bodyformer Class if you're trying Reformer Pilates.

Our Teaching team are well educated on helping to support you no mater where you're at in you fitness journey. Whether that's just getting started or rebuilding strength from an injury. The team will provide feedback during class, such as modifications or changing exercises. There is no pressure to keep up with a class, go at your pace and listen to your body.

Unfortunately we don't have shower facilities in studio. We do however have 2 toilets on site down the hall.
