Barre Classes

You have the choice of 3 Barre Styled classes each with its own unique blend of yoga, Pilates and ballet techniques. All barre classes have a strong focus on body strength and toning - helping you to lengthen and strengthen your body in a fun group fitness class. Classes end with meditation (Savasana), which is a much welcomed and needed reward. 

We provide: 1kg weights, Pilates ball, mat, theraband, music, routines and amazing instructors.

Class time: 50 minutes (lunch classes = 45 minutes)

Bring: Yourself and a bottle of water.

Wear: Comfortable activewear. Go bare foot or wear grippy socks (socks must have grip).

Pilates & Yoga

We offer a Pilates style class with Mat Pilates and a range of Yoga classes that vary between vinyasa and yin depending on the studio.

We provide: Pilates ball, mat, reformer strap, music, routines and amazing instructors.

Class time: 50 minutes 

Bring: Yourself and a bottle of water.

Wear: Comfortable activewear. 
Mat Pilates -You must wear grippy socks to participate in Mat Pilates. Yoga -Bare feet or grippy socks.
