You have the choice of 3 Barre Styled classes each with its own unique blend of yoga, Pilates and ballet techniques. All barre classes have a strong focus on body strength and toning - helping you to lengthen and strengthen your body in a fun group fitness class. Classes end with meditation (Savasana), which is a much welcomed and needed reward.
We provide: 1kg weights, Pilates ball, mat, theraband, music, routines and amazing instructors.
Class time: 50 minutes (lunch classes = 45 minutes)

Aleenta's most traditional Barre class. Known for using small, isometric exercises to make your muscles burn!
This class has a much faster pace, inducing a higher heart rate to create the perfect non-impact and effective cardio and strength class.
It's a tough toning workout to get the ballerina body you’ve always wanted.

Warm up eases you into class with a series of yoga flows (vinyasa). Traditional Barre moves in this class are done at a much slower, controlled pace (not to be confused with being easy!) designed to tone and strengthen.

A high intensity class designed to lift your heart rate, transform your body and increase your metabolism. Sure to get you super fit, this circuit style Fitness Interval Training (a.k.a F.I.T or H.I.I.T) class has short, high intensity exercise stations with minimal rests between. (This class style includes jumping - high impact exercises.)
Circuit styles rotate through 4 layouts which change fortnightly. You will never get bored with this circuit class.

Fitness Level: Intermediate - Advanced. Class can be modified for injury or made low impact, some mid fitness is required when starting out.

Mat Pilates -You must wear grippy socks to participate in Mat Pilates. Yoga -Bare feet or grippy socks.
Mat pilates classes utilise Pilates reformer straps for arms, legs and core - mixing between floor work and standing, it is a tough all over body workout.
It might be our lowest intensity class but it is super effective at working all the muscle groups.

Exhale Release is an active stretch class where myofascial release meets mindful meditation in this dynamic, restorative class that is designed to compliment your barre workout.
Fitness Level: Perfect for Beginner - Advanced. Class is designed to repeat and improve at each class, if you are very inflexible or spent many hours hunched over a desk, you may be tight and will need multiple classes to ease your body into release.
Perfect for: Injuries, prevention, increased mobility, greater range of motion (your barre classes will become ever better!), flexibility, relaxation.
Recommended: 1-2 classes a week.
