Barre is not about dancing and coordination - it’s about getting fit, feeling amazing, toning, strengthening your body AND having some time for you.
The team will assist you every step of the way in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Minimal exercsion, maximum results. Classes are designed to be tough but gentle on your joints, promoting muscle strengthening and full body toning. Feel good in your body and relax your mind.
Utilising small movements, body weight and light resistance, you will start to see changes by doing 4 classes every week for 3 weeks!
Our team wants to see you have fun and feel good. Whatever goals you have when starting barre, the team is determined to help you reach those and more! We have an amazing community of women (and men) who love barre and enjoy the environment that has been created across the Aleenta BARRE Studios.
More than just getting fit, studios run workshops and events from stretch to healthy living.
Other than feeling absolutely amazing like the goddess you are, you may feel quite sore (experiencing DOMS) after your first class. This is mostly due to using muscles that you have never engaged before, it'll ease over a few days.
Take some time for additional stretching (or head to one of our yoga classes) and drink plenty of water.
You may also find that after attending more classes this will become less intense.
