Beginner - Advanced Class
Strength training on the mat. Heavier weights, real progression.
LOADED runs in six-week cycles, each built around a specific movement focus. The programming is structured so you're progressing week to week, not just showing up and sweating.
This isn't traditional Pilates. It's squats, lunges, RDLs, rows, presses and push-ups - with tempo work and timed intervals. The kind of movements that carry over into the rest of your life.
All levels welcome. The weights scale to you.
Beginner - Advanced Class
The same LOADED programming, on the reformer.
Reformer LOADED follows the same six-week cycle as LOADED on the mat. Each session pairs a strength block with reformer-based Pilates work — heavier loading on one side, precision and control on the other.
Works as a companion to LOADED or on its own.
