2026 Aleenta EOFY Sale Offer Terms
1. Sale offer
During the Sale Period, Aleenta Health Club is offering:
(a) 25% off an eligible 12-month unlimited membership; and
(b) 25% off eligible retail products.
The discount applies to the ordinary advertised price of the eligible membership or eligible retail product immediately before the Sale Period.
2. Sale Period
The sale starts at 9am 20 June 2026.
The sale ends at midnight 30 June 2026, unless extended, withdrawn or changed in accordance with these terms.
All times are South Australian local time, unless stated otherwise.
3. Eligible membership
The 25% membership discount applies only to the 12-month unlimited membership made available by Aleenta as part of the EOFY sale.
The discounted membership is supplied under Aleenta’s Fixed-Term Membership Agreement and related agreement documents provided to the purchaser at the time of sale.
The discount does not apply to any other membership, pass, class pack, intro offer, challenge pack, casual class, workshop, event, gift card, third-party booking or other product or service unless Aleenta expressly states otherwise in writing.
4. Eligible retail products
The 25% retail discount applies only to eligible Aleenta retail products purchased during the Sale Period.
The retail discount does not apply to:
(a) gift cards;
(b) already discounted, clearance or marked-down products, unless Aleenta states otherwise;
(c) third-party products;
(d) delivery, postage or handling charges; or
(e) any product Aleenta excludes from the sale before purchase.
Retail products are subject to availability while stocks last.
5. Cannot be combined with other offers
This EOFY sale offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion, voucher, credit, referral reward, loyalty reward, corporate discount or special pricing, unless Aleenta expressly agrees in writing.
If more than one discount or offer could apply, Aleenta may apply the single discount or offer that gives the customer the best available price, unless stated otherwise.
6. Non-transferable
This EOFY sale offer is personal to the purchaser and is non-transferable.
The discount cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively to earlier purchases, or held as credit for future purchases.
A discounted 12-month unlimited membership cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted or shared with another person.
7. How to claim the offer
To claim the offer, the customer must complete the eligible purchase during the Sale Period through an official Aleenta sales channel.
The discount must be applied at the time of purchase. It cannot be applied retrospectively unless the failure to apply the discount was due to an error by Aleenta.
8. Pricing and availability
Aleenta will take reasonable steps to ensure sale pricing and availability information is accurate.
If Aleenta identifies an obvious pricing, product, membership or technical error, Aleenta may correct the error. If the correction materially affects a completed purchase, Aleenta will provide a remedy where required by law.
Aleenta will not knowingly advertise goods or services as available if they are not available in reasonable quantities having regard to the nature and duration of the sale.
9. Retail returns and consumer guarantees
Nothing in these sale terms excludes, limits or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
For retail products, customers have the same consumer guarantee rights whether they buy at full price or on sale. In South Australia, Consumer and Business Services states that sale items still carry rights to a refund, repair or replacement if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the description.
Aleenta does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind unless Aleenta chooses to do so or is required to do so by law.
10. Changes to the sale
Aleenta may extend, withdraw, suspend or change the sale if:
(a) required by law;
(b) there is an obvious error;
(c) technical issues affect the sale;
(d) stock or membership availability changes; or
(e) something outside Aleenta’s reasonable control makes the sale unworkable.
Where possible, Aleenta will honour purchases validly completed before any change.
11. Acceptance of sale terms
By purchasing an eligible EOFY sale membership or eligible EOFY sale retail product, the customer accepts these EOFY Sale Offer Terms.
For a discounted 12-month unlimited membership, the customer also accepts the Fixed-Term Membership Agreement and related agreement documents provided at purchase.
