Move with your Cycle: How to Optimise Training & Nutrition with your Menstrual Cycle

Menstruation! Follicular phase! Ovulation! Luteal phase! You've probably heard these before but what do they actually mean??

What's happening in your body at each stage, how can you tell, and how can you better support yourself during those times - with movement and more?

Our Wellfest Workshop on Saturday 7 October will answer all of those questions, and more! Naturopath Tayla Lovering of Wild Health Studio will lead you through the phases of the menstrual cycle with holistic information you can relate directly to your own experience.

Physical, emotional and mental signs and symptoms that occur over your cycle, as well as types of movement suited to each phase are all covered in session!

Held in Aleenta's beautiful Rundle St Pilates studio, you'll feel these moves in your own body as Tayla guides you through a low-impact reformer class.

Learn more about you, your cycle, and your body! All while sipping delicious, handcrafted herbal teas made specifically for each phase of your cycle. The workshop is both an information session and movement so please wear clothes to move your body in as well as to sit comfortably.
