Friday 23 July 
> 2pm arrival to check-in & settle-in
> 2hr Yin Yoga Class with Annie Johns including mini head & scalp massage 
> Private wine-tasting & intimate dinner (it's all about balance, right?)
> Head to bed for some restful sleep in the stunning on-site accommodation

Saturday 24 July
> Healthy breakfast & tea (or coffee!) to get you started
> Early morning yoga flow class in the barn with Annie Johns.
> Some time to chillax, explore, or chat & laugh. We then pick up the pace with a Megburn. Think HIIT, Burn and Pilates all in the one-class created by Carley Bezzina.
> After getting your sweat on, reward yourself with a sumptuous lunch of the Verandah.
> The fun then accelerates with 'paint 'n' sip - where Caroline Wall entertains, encourages and guides us through an art class with a difference. (with a splash of wine on the side!)
