What do I wear and bring?

Please wear activewear (leggings and top). All classes require grippy socks. You are more than welcome to wear your own or purchase online now & pick-up in-Studio. Or you can purchase in-Studio at your first class. 

What class should I start with?

A great class to start with is our Barre Blend class. This is a challenging class that blends Vinyasa yoga with Barre. The warm-up eases you into class with a series of yoga flows (vinyasa). Traditional Barre moves in this class are at a slower, controlled pace (not to be confused with being easy!) designed to tone and strengthen. A strong blend between yoga transitions, stretches and balance.

Mat Pilates, Yoga and Bodyformer (Reformer Pilates) are all great starting points and adaptable for all fitness levels, any injuries, pregnancy and age.

How do I book my classes?

Are there restrictions due to COVID?

Yes and no! Things change rapidly with COVID as we now all know! We have changed the way we do some things and require ALL attendees to wear Grippy Socks in class. In SA, the Government has also mandated that you must bring your own Yoga Mat. If you don't have one, we sell in-Studio. Read more about our COVID Policies here.
