Things To Know Before Starting

  1. Buy your Intro Pass - within 4hrs we'll add your pass to your account (it might take 8hrs if you're a night owl!)
  2. Download the booking app

  4. Arrive 15mins before class and be greeted by your instructor
  5. You’ll be shown around the studio and you can tell the instructor about what you want to achieve or any limitations you may have.
  6. Have fun!

WHAT DO I WEAR AND BRING?

Please wear activewear (leggings and top). All classes require grippy socks. You are more than welcome to wear your own or purchase online now & pick-up in-Studio. Or you can purchase in-Studio at your first class.

WHAT CLASS SHOULD I START WITH?

Any Mat Pilates, Yoga OR Bodyformer (Reformer Pilates) classes, these are all great starting points and adaptable for all fitness levels, any injuries, pregnancy and age.

HOW DO I BOOK MY CLASSES?

ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS DUE TO COVID?

Yes and no! Things change rapidly with COVID as we now all know! We have changed the way we do some things and require ALL attendees to wear Grippy Socks in class. In SA, the Government has also mandated that you must bring your own Yoga Mat. If you don't have one, we sell in-Studio. Read more about our COVID Policies here.
