You may terminate any 2, 3 or Unlimited weekly membership at any time. Please note that you will be unable to undo any terminations.

SUSPENDED CLIENTS NOTE: If you are currently on a suspension and wish to terminate please contact us at hello@aleentabarre.com as to avoid any unexpected system payments.

Upgrade / Downgrade my Membership

To upgrade or downgrade a membership:

1) Log in to Mindbody Online > Click on Account > Your Membership will display > Click Terminate. 2) Purchase new desired Membership online.

Contract Termination
You may terminate any 2, 3 or Unlimited weekly membership at any time. Log in to Mindbody Online > Click on Account > Your Membership will display > Click Terminate. Please note that you will be unable to undo any terminations.

 

Membership Suspension Request

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION POLICIES

You are able to suspend your membership for one-week blocks as many times as you want. 

If you would like to suspend your membership we require 7 days written notice via the above form or sent by email to hello@aleentabarre.com. Aleenta BARRE HUB will send confirmation by email, any changes to incorrectly supplied dates and times that were requested will be sent via email and must be confirmed by the client prior to the suspension being actioned. 

Suspensions must align with your direct debit day of the week which can be found in your Mindbody Account, connect to your account via Login in the menu. 

Please note that during the suspension period you will be unable to purchase or book into classes through your account.
