The TRIAL PASS won't activate until you book into your first class.

So, for example, if you buy today but don't book in until 4 days later your 7-days will start from that booking date. We get that life happens.

WHEN CAN I START BOOKING AFTER BUYING?

Purchase your pass with the button below and within 4hrs we'll add your pass to your account (might take 8hrs if you're a night owl!) If you would like urgent access, simply text us on +61448793610 and we'll pop it on ASAP.

After purchasing your pass, download the Aleenta App and create your account. Once your pass is added to your account, you are all ready to start booking classes. Your pass starts from the date of your first class. So start tomorrow or next week - we know life happens!

Every single one of our classes is designed to be modified and adapted to you and your current fitness level, injury, age or pregnancy - we meet you where you're at.

I'M INJURED / I'M PREGNANT

Please advise the Instructor if you have any pre-existing injuries, are pregnant or have any other concerns which may affect your participation in class. Our team can provide you will exercise modifications to suit your situation. Always seek doctor's approval before starting any form of fitness if recovering from injury or are pregnant. WHAT DO I BRING?

You will need to bring your own yoga mat (SA only), grippy socks, water bottle and sweat towel. if you don't have any of these, we have them available for purchase in-Studio or online here. We recommend you leave valuables at home.

I'M UNFIT/NERVOUS TO START

Every single class is suitable for beginners. We believe that fitness should be fun and for everyone, no matter if you're unfit or never done group classes before.
