Let your body reset and recover in Exhale Release, a specially designed stretch class to gently open, release and stretch tight, sore muscles. Focused on increasing mobility and releasing muscle tension.

CALM

De-stress and calm the nervous system, every class ends with a moment of stillness. Savasana (meditation) at the end of class will help you re-awaken, calm and reduce tension. Perfect for the soul.
